Product Description of X-TS001A Series Weighing Module
The X-TS001A Series Weighing Module is a highly adaptable and reliable weighing solution. It is equipped with a laser-welded, sealed sensor, ensuring strong environmental adaptability. The module features a spherical coupling, which maintains vertical weighing at all times. Additionally, it is equipped with a staybolt to prevent overturning and facilitate maintenance.
Product Features of X-TS001A Series Weighing Module
To protect the sensor from power surges, the module is equipped with a grounding device. It also features an overload protection device to safeguard the sensor from impact forces.
- The X-TS001A Series Weighing Module is available in various capacities, ranging from 5kg to 500kg. It is recommended to be powered by a 5–10V DC excitation. The module offers a repeatability of 0.02% f.s. and a rated output of 2.0 ± 0.2% mV/V.
- The zero balance of the module is ± 2% f.s., and the temperature effect on the zero is 0.03% Fahrenheit/10 Celsius. It has a safety load limit of 200% and an ultimate load limit of 300%.
- The module comes with a 5500x4m cable for convenient installation. It has an insulation resistance of ≥ 5000MΩ/50VDC. The wire connections are colour-coded, with red for Ex +, black for Ex -, green for Sig +, and white for Sig -.

Installation
Installation Precautions
Check the condition before installation.
The levelness of each installation point should be within 2 mm, and the levelness on the same side must be controlled within 1 mm/m. The basic bearing capacity is required to be stronger than the sensor’s range.
1) Please adjust the bearing plate to the horizontal position before installing the module.
2) After it is installed, loosen the nut and tighten the bolt.
3) If the above cannot be followed, it can be adjusted before installing the module. Loosen the back screw by 2mm, tighten the nut to the bolt, and then install the module. This method can be used if conditions are unsatisfactory.
4) Tighten the bolt to the bottom bearing plate and lock the back nut on the bolt with the nut until the stop nut reaches the limit so as to prevent the equipment from overturning.
